Alle workshops varer 2,5 time og er skabt af underviseren selv. Det betyder, at hver workshop er personligt kurateret og afspejler underviserens unikke viden, erfaring og passion for emnet.
På den måde sikrer vi, at du altid bliver mødt af dygtige og dedikerede undervisere – og får en oplevelse, der rækker ud over det sædvanlige.

“Chakra Balance in Bloom (Spring Equinox)” With Ofir (English)
A grounding and harmonizing workshop that moves through the body from root to crown, exploring the chakra system in an accessible and grounded way. Through breath, movement, sound we will engage each energy center in the spirit of the Spring Equinox, a time when day and night meet in balance.
Practices will support steadiness, clarity and a sense of emerging into a new season. The session closes with deep relaxation and a guided meditation to integrate the experience.
Open to all levels.

“Reformer for Spinal Integrity” With Dayna (English)
A focused workshop designed to improve spinal comfort and resilience. We’ll explore pelvic stability, gentle lumbar mobility, and safe core activation using accessible Reformer sequences. Let’s learn how to modify common exercises for back sensitivity and leave with a simple take-home routine to support everyday spine health.

“Headstand Workshop” With Andreea (English)
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, turn things upside down (literally), and explore headstand in a way that feels intelligent, empowering, and safe. Whether you joined the first round or you have never done a headstand before, this workshop is for you.
We’ll break headstand down step by step.
Expect clear guidance, hands-on support (if desired), creative drills, and moments of play. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in your own practice, a deeper understanding of your body, and hopefully a fresh sense of confidence — both upside down and right side up.

“Introduction to Yoga Philosophy” With Ofir (English)
An accessible introduction to key ideas in yoga philosophy and how they relate to life off the mat. We will explore foundational concepts such as the eight limbs of yoga, the role of daily practice and how meditation and ethical principles can support everyday living. The workshop blends short talks, simple movement, guided meditation and space for discussion.
Open to all levels; no prior experience with philosophy is needed

“Intuitive Spring Release” With Weronika (English)
Join this mid-spring workshop focused on easing tension and releasing emotional load. We begin with free-flowing movement that interrupts habitual bracing patterns and improves neuromuscular freedom.
As the body warms, yin like shapes target long fascial chains known to store stiffness during stress cycles. Slow, steady breathwork helps regulate the limbic system supporting a natural sense of “clearing out”. A calm, grounded emotional release as both mechanical and emotional process. “Flowground” med Stine Larsen
Hvordan bevæger vi os når vi giver slip på form men istedet følger fornemmelse? Når vi tillader at lade kroppen vælge retning, før hovedet når at blande sig?
Flowground er min signature på en sanselig og eksperimenterende workshop, hvor yogaens flow og stillinger bliver et afsæt for leg, undersøgelse og intuitiv bevægelse. Vi trækker inspiration fra forskellige bevægelsespraksisser, som strækker sig fra martial arts, locomotion, calistenics, dans og daoist movement mm. – med dét formål både at udforske nye bevægelsesmønstre samt styrke kroppens iboende intelligens gennem elasticitet og rytmisk nærvær.
Vi arbejder tæt med gulvet, med rummet og menneskene omkring os: Vi bevæger os med gulvet, mod gulvet samt undersøger kvaliteter af tyngde og lethed igennem bevægelse – cirkulært, flydende og spirende.

“Intuitive Expansion” With Weronika (English)
This session blends rhythmic, instinctive movement with mobility-focused sequencing to create a feeling of spaciousness in the body. We will work with areas that influence breathing capacity, posture and emotional openness.

“Back to Basics: Alignment Deep Dive” With Ofir (English)
A practical workshop focused on safe, functional alignment in foundational postures. We will revisit basic shapes, sun salutations and a few common balances, exploring joint stacking, muscle activation, breath and prop support. Participants will learn how to adapt poses to their bodies and build stability and confidence in everyday practice. Hands-on support will be offered for those who would like it

Powerful and playful workshop for anyone who wishes to explore their front body flexibility in a safe yet deep way. Whether you already practice poses like wheel and camel OR backbends is something challenging for you- there will be room to explore for everyone..

“Awakening Yoga Solar Practice ” Med Birgitte
Kom og prøv et nyt take på klassiske yoga flows og stillinger. Awakening Yoga Solar Practice er et dynamisk vinyasa-system, som Patrick Beach og Carling Harps har udviklet sammen. Det forener traditionel yoga med moderne bevægelse for at opbygge styrke, smidighed og fokus gennem rytmiske sekvenser. Praksissen består af strukturerede serier med åndedrætsforbundne solhilsner, der skaber varme i kroppen og forbereder den på dybere stillinger. Der lægges vægt på en rejse fra sind til krop gennem gentagelse og intuitiv bevægelse. Kom og deltag i 2,5 times aktivt flow, som samtidig byder på dybe stræk, og nye varianter af kendte stillinger. Vi sætter også tid af til at lege med nye tilgange til svære stillinger og runder af med en dejlig lang savasana.

“Unlocking Backbends ” With Ofir (English)
A dynamic and encouraging exploration of heart-opening postures. We will prepare the body with targeted work for shoulders, spine and hips, then gradually build toward deeper backbends. Expect variations of cobra, sphinx, bridge and camel, with the option to explore wheel and additional variations for those who feel ready and curious.
We will emphasize grounding, breath, stability and nervous-system awareness, finishing with soothing forward folds and a long relaxation.
